Individual Coaching

For people with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, coaching can be especially helpful because it recognises that your brain works differently. Instead of forcing you into systems that don’t fit, coaching helps you find approaches that align with how you naturally think and function. My work is strengths-based and collaborative. Together, we focus on understanding what works for you, navigating common ADHD-related challenges such as overwhelm, motivation, and self-doubt, and building tools that support your goals and wellbeing.

I believe growth happens through curiosity, kindness, and small, meaningful steps—and I’m here to support you as you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Coaching can support you with things like:

  • Organisation, planning, and time management

  • Overwhelm, procrastination, and burnout

  • Focus, motivation, and follow-through

  • Emotional regulation and self-confidence

  • Understanding your strengths as well as your challenges

Sometimes ADHD can make you feel like people just don’t get it. I endeavour to help you feel seen and understood. I bring a fresh, thoughtful, and reflective approach to my work, and aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges openly, celebrate your strengths, and develop strategies that are realistic and tailored to you. No generic advice that doesn’t fit your life.
