Individual Coaching
Finding out you have ADHD can be a complicated experience. On one hand it can be liberating and validating to finally have an answer, on the other it can bring up feelings of grief and uncertainty. Getting a diagnosis can be an important first step, but dealing with what comes after can leave you wondering what now?
ADHD-informed coaching can help you unpack those complicated feelings, manage stress and anxiety related to ADHD challenges, find calm and ease after years of chaos, and figure out what comes next in your ADHD journey.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. It honours the very real emotional experience that comes with having ADHD, while also exploring practical strategies to help you achieve your goals and make meaningful life changes.
I believe growth happens through curiosity, kindness, and small meaningful steps. Coaching is supports you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
In coaching we can focus on:
building executive function skills in realistic, sustainable ways
creating systems and strategies that fit your brain, rather than forcing yourself into ones that don’t
reducing shame and self-criticism through challenging unhelpful self-beliefs and identifying your strengths
strengthening emotional regulation, and
developing greater self-trust, self-compassion and understanding.
Sometimes ADHD can make you feel like people just don’t get it. Coaching is here to help you feel seen and understood.
I bring a thoughtful, and reflective approach to my work, and aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges openly, celebrate your strengths, and develop strategies that are realistic and tailored to you. No generic advice that doesn’t fit your life.
