About me

Hi, my name is Jessica and I have ADHD.

But for most of my life, I had no idea.

When I was finally diagnosed as an adult, everything clicked into place. After years of wondering how is everybody doing this?!, I finally knew why things felt so hard. But getting my diagnosis was the first piece of the puzzle. I still had no idea how to actually work with my brain, make things feel easier, and manage the challenges and emotions that come along with being neurodiverse.

So, I embarked on an empowering journey towards understanding and embracing my unique brain. In doing so, I discovered a genuine passion for working with neurodivergence and all its glorious complexities.

Already having a background in Psychology and Psychotherapy, discovering ADHD coaching was like unlocking a whole new toolkit to support and explore my understanding of how my brain works.

In early 2026, I became a certified ADHD-informed Coach which means I not only have a wealth of personal experience to draw from, but the training and skills to back it up. So you can be assured that I really do get it.
